Ashley Bell Managing Director
Onsho is led by Ashley Bell who founded the company in Cardiff in 2004. Ashley has vast experience in managing the full project development lifecycle having worked for a variety of Blue Chip companies including - Volkswagen/ Skoda Finance , Mercedes Benz Finance, Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank.
His strong leadership and business analyst skills provide Onsho with a clear vision for the future combined with strong understanding and technical knowledge of the solutions required by Onsho clients.
John Stephenson Director, Business Consulting
John joined Onsho in Cardiff in 2006 and has key responsibility for the management of senior business analyst activities across the Onsho team. With excellent experience gained in the financial services IT support industry (including Target and Katotech) he brings a robust approach to all Onsho project management requirements, business process modelling and product inception planning.
Stephen Marshall Director, Service Delivery
With specific responsibility for the Onsho service delivery standards, Stephen ensures that each client receives the very best service and support.
With a strong background in project management, team leadership and back office systems delivery in the financial services sector, (including Midas Kapiti International, Barclays Global Securities, Target Financial Systems, Chase Manhattan Bank and UBS) he plays a pivotal role in the management of the Onsho quality service values.
